ABOUT

Growing up in Miami, Florida, Taylor Graham was born into a family of performers—singing, dancing, acting, and music were woven into her world from the very beginning. Drawn to the magic of storytelling for as long as she can remember, she spent her childhood captivated by Disney Channel and Nickelodeon, memorizing lines and reenacting scenes in her room. Long before she had the words to describe her passion, she knew she was meant to be on stage. She quickly realized that performing wasn’t just something she loved—it was a part of who she was.

Her journey with theatre took on a deeper meaning as she navigated personal struggles with mental health. During her darkest moments, performing became more than just a dream—it became a strength and renewal. Theatre helped her find purpose again, offering a space where she could heal and connect with others on a profound level.

That realization led her to audition for Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School’s prestigious magnet theatre program, where she was accepted and trained under Jamel Booth. Through years of intensive acting and musical theatre training, Taylor honed her craft, preparing for a career that merges artistry with impact.

One of Taylor’s most cherished memories on stage dates back to fourth grade when she performed in Once on This Island alongside her older sister. Playing Little Ti Moune, she stood in the spotlight, feeling the warmth of the stage lights and the energy of an audience moved by her performance. That night, as she listened to the applause, she knew—this was her destiny. That moment, and every one since, has reaffirmed her passion for the craft. Today, Taylor is not only pursuing a professional acting career but also using theatre as a tool for healing and transformation. With a deep belief in the power of storytelling, she aspires to create spaces where performance and mental health intersect, ensuring that others find the same sense of purpose and catharsis that she did.
